CNC Capabilities
Our machining division offers multi-axis capabilities, custom designed quick-change fixtures, and live tooling for all your turning and milling requirements. It can machine parts with diameters that are extremely small all the way up to 12” in diameter.
What can they handle? You name it! Along with general CNC machining, Precise specializes in high-precision Aerospace and OEM components. This includes electronics, PCB enclosures, heat sinks and aluminum castings. It also prides itself on close tolerance machining of thin walled parts, motors, pumps, end bells and electrical connectors.
Materials? Glad you asked! Precise can handle a wide range including: aluminum, carbon steels, high-heat alloys, titanium, nickel, brass, bronze, stainless steel and aluminum castings, as well as some plastics.

Precise can also provide precision jig boring services for applications where very high standards of surface finish and accuracy are essential. This process yields extremely high levels of machining accuracy of up to 0.0001″ in location and 0.0001″ in size.
Other value-added services include anodizing, chem film processing, dip brazing, heat treating, painting, passivating, plating, NADCAP accredited services if needed, and non-destructive testing.
